
Aaron Hernandez attend Bristol Central High School where he became a football prodigy while also shining on the basketball court. He gained national attention after receiving the Gatorade Player of The Year award for his outstanding senior year.

He then received and accepted a full football scholarship to the University of Florida where he teamed up with future NFL hall of famers Tim Tebow and Cam Newton. Hernandez went on to have an amazing college career with the Gators and won The John Mackey Award in his junior year. The award is given to the best tight end in college football.

In 2010, Aaron declares for the NFL draft, and gets drafted in the fourth round by the New England Patriots.Two years later, after an exceptional rookie and sophomore year, the Patriots offered Hernandez and five year 40 million dollar contract that would’ve made him the highest paid player in his position in the entire league.

Despite his great achievements on the gridiron and his outstanding athletic abilities, Hernandez had a rough upbringing as a child which kept coming back and creeping on him. In 2013, Hernandez got arrested for the murder of Odin Lloyd, and the double murder of Daniel Jorge Correia de Abreu as well as Safiro Teixeira Furtado.
On April 15, 2015, Hernandez gets convicted of the first-degree murder a long with every weapons charges. The judge offered him life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Hernandez was found dead on April 19, 2017 morning in prison. He used bed sheets to hang himself due to his depression.
